Our team consists of more than 750 professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of customer service for all our residents.  As individuals and as a team, we focus every day on the needs of our residents and the quality of our properties.  Through this daily attention to detail and commitment to our mission, we strive to be a best-in-class manager of affordable and mixed-income housing.  We manage communities ranging from 44 to nearly 1,000 apartment homes across a variety of property types, including suburban new construction, urban historic rehabilitation, and former public housing sites converted into mixed-income developments. 

The Beacon asset management department provides strategic guidance and financial direction to the property management teams.  Our asset management team works with all our departments to coordinate the priorities of residential excellence, financial discipline, and long-term investment value.   In this way, we undertake capital improvement projects, reposition properties, and refinance property debt to benefit our properties, our residents, and the value of our portfolio.
